Is this legitimate work?

Yes, this is legit work, you will be considered an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 form for tax filing purposes. As a contractor you have the opportunity to service as many clients as you'd like within the platform. However, we don't recommend contracting more than two clients at a time.

What are the operation hours?

You have the flexibility of selecting your own schedule. Each client has a minimum hour requirement (usually between 15-20 a week). Full time hours are available for many clients.

Is there an investment fee?

There is no expense for certification courses; however, there is a refundable $20.00 Course Confirmation deposit. In addition, there is a $30.00 background check fee, which is valid for 36 months, with the possibly of drug screen fees (usually paid by the client IF required). As a contractor, you are not a direct employee of the client that you will be servicing; therefore, you will be investing in your home office equipment (usually subject to a tax advantage as a contractor/certification completion incentive offered).

Will I be paid during training?

Depending upon the client that you choose to service, you may be entitled to an "earn as you learn" benefit. Military and student discounts are available. Once certified and servicing, you will be paid via direct deposit twice a month for revenue earned. You will also have continued support and access to resources after certification.

Are you currently hiring from all states?

The customer support position has the following state restrictions:

California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, & Wisconsin

The pledge drive support position has the following state restrictions:

California, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Washington (with the exception of military & military spouses), West Virginia, Wyoming    

Do you offer Military Discounts?

We Support Our Troops. Thanks for your service! In order to show our appreciation to military families, we offer incentives exclusive to active-duty military personnel, military spouses, and veterans (select military on your application).

What are the system requirements?

Each client has specific equipment requirements, generally you will need:

USB headset with microphone 

High speed Broadband Internet (Cable/DSL) wireless connection is not permitted.

Landline phone without special features (Magic Jack, VOIP, cell phones are not permitted) for SOME clients.

Windows 10

Does your company assist with equipment needs?

As an Independent contractor, you are responsible for all servicing requirements; however, if you are seeking equipment that meet program guidelines, we can refer you partnering suppliers that offer payment options.
